The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office is seeking assistance identifying a woman who died March 13, 2025. She was found in a tent near N.E. Halsey Street and I-84, Portland, OR, 97220, in the Madison South neighborhood.
The woman was white and between the ages of 30 and 40. She was 5 foot, 3 inches tall and weighed 168 pounds. Her hair was brown and she had green eyes.
She had three tattoos including black ink lines resembling a smiley face on the left hand measuring approximately 1.5 x 2 cm; a black ink-filled heart on the right shoulder measuring approximately 1.5 x 2 cm; and a black ink outline of a stylized letter "S" in a hexagon shape located on the left upper back measuring approximately 3.5 x 1.5 cm.
She was wearing the following clothing:
- Black sweatpants
- Yellow t-shirt
- Black zip-up coat
