Two children who were kidnapped from Portland Monday night were found in Washington state.
An Amber Alert was issued after three-year-old Zimaya Moore and two-year-old Michael Qualls were taken from their legal guardian by their mother, who doesn't have custody.
26-year-old Trayviana Shoulders was in a Mazda CX-5 that was being driven by 29-year-old Adan Osman Abdi.
Washington State Patrol located the stolen car in Grant County, Washington early Tuesday morning.
Both children were safely taken into protective custody. Shoulders and Abdi were both arrested.
