The limits for rent increases in 2026 for Oregon have been set. The limit is based on the federal Consumer Price Index. The Oregon Department of Administrative Services sets the rate. In 2026, rental facilities 15 years and older with 30 or fewer units can increase rates up to nine-and-a-half percent. Manufactured home parks with more than 30 spaces are limited to six percent. Rent can only increase once every 12 months.
