Paul Linnman is one of the most recognizable names in Portland for his many years on TV and radio. But Paul is probably known best for the Exploding Whale, which is one of the most-watched television news stories in history. In fact, he wrote a book about it. He and his wife Vicki run the KEX Kids Fund, which provides glasses and hearing aids to kids who can’t afford them and have helped thousands of area children over the last 30 years. When Paul is not on the air, you can find him on the golf course, spending time with his grandkids, or walking his dog Arnie (named after Arnold Palmer).
